Terms of Sale

Secure payments are taken through PayPal. You will receive an email confiming your order and payment shortly after you have placed your order but this does not constitute a contract to supply. We will contact you soon after we receive your order to confirm a delivery date and time, and where you wish your order delivered.

You can pay by credit or debit card when ordering by telephone or post. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment at any stage. It is possible to arrange to pay by cheque.

We attempt to supply your order as requested, but on occasion some items may not be available. We aim to supply the quantities ordered as closely as possible but the nature of the product means that weights will vary slightly.

Should your order arrive in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will aim to resolve the issue by replacing the goods concerned or by refunding their value.
