REM add Four Gold Awards to add to the list of accolades
Ragley Estate Meats have scooped four more Gold awards at a prestigious butchery event organised by the National Federation of Meat and Food Traders.
Having already won a first prize in the Heart of England Speciality Sausage Competition for their Hogan's Happy Pork Sausage – a combination of Ragley Rare Breed Pork, award-winning Hogan's Cider, apple and apricots – and also being shortlisted in the finals and the Heart of England Diamond Awards for their Faggots and Onion Gravy they were delighted to win four more Gold awards for their famous luxury pies scoring ninety eight marks out a hundred.

Vanda Cookes from Ragley Estate Meats said "It is always exciting to win awards but to have won so many in such a short space of time is a credit to our business – our cooked product sales continue to grow and I think this a reflection of customers supporting their local butchers where they can be sure that the meat they are eating is sourced locally and the products are hand made using traditional methods and recipes. We are proud to be able to say that most of the beef, rare breed pork and lamb is reared on the Estate"
